The Franza and Seijo Educational Institution was a society founded in Havana in 1921. It began the project to construct this building, which was completed thanks to the emigrant Francisco Vizoso. Symmetry characterises the composition of the façade, in which wood is the predominant component. At present it is the Local Training Centre where training courses are held, amongst other activities.
